Website Redesign Service

Rebuild your NDIS website. Keep every ranking.

Your current site probably looks dated, loads slowly, and barely converts visitors into enquiries. But you've spent years earning those Google positions — lose them and you lose leads for 12 months. We rebuild NDIS websites the migration-safe way.

Why most NDIS redesigns fail

The difference between a redesign and a rebuild that ranks.

Most agencies treat a redesign like a fresh start. The result: you launch a pretty new site and watch your rankings disappear for 6–12 months. Here's what separates the two approaches.

Typical Agency Approach

The "fresh start" redesign

  • New CMS, new URLs, no redirects mapped
  • Page structure changes with no SEO input
  • Existing content replaced with marketing fluff
  • No Google Search Console monitoring at launch
  • Loss of 40–60% of organic traffic for 6+ months
  • No NDIS compliance review on new copy
Our NDIS-Specific Approach

Migration-safe rebuild

  • Full URL map with 301 redirects for every page
  • Page-by-page SEO audit before redesign begins
  • Existing ranking content preserved and enhanced
  • Daily monitoring of rankings for 90 days post-launch
  • Target: zero ranking loss, traffic continuity maintained
  • NDIS Code of Conduct review on every rewritten page
Is this for you?

You probably need a redesign if any of these sound familiar.

We only recommend a redesign when the current site is genuinely holding you back. Sometimes a targeted conversion rate review is enough — but if you're experiencing most of these, it's time.

What you get

Every NDIS redesign includes all of this.

Nothing optional, nothing upsold mid-project. The price we quote covers the complete scope.

Full SEO audit before we start

Every existing page audited for rankings, traffic, and value. Nothing valuable is touched without a plan.

NDIS compliance review

Every page checked against NDIS Code of Conduct and Australian Consumer Law before going live.

Full 301 redirect map

Every old URL mapped to its new equivalent. No link equity lost, no 404 errors, no Google penalty risk.

Performance-optimised build

90+ mobile PageSpeed target. Australian hosting, WebP images, lazy-loading, minimal dependencies.

Participant-friendly UX

Accessible navigation, readable typography, clear enquiry paths. Built with WCAG 2.1 AA as the baseline.

90-day post-launch monitoring

We track your rankings, traffic, and crawl errors every day for 90 days after launch. Anything off, we fix it.

Full content rewriting

Every page rewritten by a human copywriter who understands NDIS. Plain English, SEO-aware, no AI filler.

3 months of post-launch support

Edits, tweaks, small additions — all included for 3 months after launch. No change-request invoices.

Our process

A redesign with no surprises.

Four phases. Clear deliverables at each stage. You approve before we move forward.

01
Week 1

Discovery & Audit

30-minute call. We audit your current site, rankings, traffic, and conversion paths. You get a written brief.

02
Week 2–3

Strategy & Design

SEO migration plan locked in. Wireframes, then full visual design for approval. Nothing built until you sign off.

03
Week 3–8

Development & Content

Build on staging. Copy rewritten page-by-page with compliance review. Weekly check-ins so nothing drifts.

04
Week 9–10

Launch & Monitor

Redirects go live, Google notified, Search Console submitted. Daily ranking & error monitoring for 90 days.

Website Redesign FAQs

Before you commit to a rebuild.

The questions every NDIS provider asks us before signing a redesign contract.

Not sure if you need a redesign?
We'll review your current site and tell you honestly whether a redesign is the right move — or whether smaller changes will get you the same result.
Will I lose Google rankings during the redesign? +
Not if you use our migration-safe process. We map every current URL to its new equivalent with 301 redirects before launch. For the last 60+ NDIS redesigns we've done, zero clients have experienced ranking loss post-launch. Most actually see rankings improve because the new sites are faster and have better internal linking.
How long does a redesign take? +
Typically 6–10 weeks from signed contract to launch. This depends on how quickly we can gather content and images, and how many service pages your site needs. Our Humility Support Services redesign was 7 weeks; a more complex 30-page SIL provider site took 10 weeks.
What if my current CMS is different (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace)? +
We migrate from any platform. Most NDIS sites we redesign come from WordPress, but we've also migrated Wix, Squarespace, custom HTML, and Joomla sites. We'll keep or change the CMS based on what serves you best long-term.
Can I keep some of my existing content? +
Absolutely. Anything currently ranking well or converting well gets preserved and enhanced — never replaced. Our audit identifies these pages first, and we structure the rebuild around protecting them.
What does a redesign cost? +
Most NDIS redesigns run $6,000–$14,000 depending on page count and complexity. This covers the complete scope — audit, migration plan, design, development, content rewriting, launch, and 90-day monitoring. You'll get a fixed quote after the discovery call, not a vague estimate.
What happens if my rankings do drop? +
In the unlikely event of a drop during our 90-day monitoring window, we diagnose and fix it at no additional cost. It hasn't happened on any of our recent NDIS redesigns, but that's the commitment.
